Be Independent, Not Alone
Have you built your hotels and your name with your own two hands? Have you described yourself as “self-made?” We know what that means and what that feels like. We bought our first hotel through a foreclosure right on the courtyard steps. And we learned the hard way – by diving right in. We also learned that there’s no such thing as “self-made.”
We all consider ourselves to be independent amongst a group of experienced and intriguing individuals. We rely on each other to succeed and build each one of us up. And that’s how we look at every client and project: a part of our team.
But don’t let the tagline fool you. We like branded hotels as much as we like the spirit of independent ones. Each hotel is approached completely separately and uniquely from the last.
Having worked on a portfolio of hotel notes for the RTC, we understand deal and debt structure. Having experience in Savings and Loans as well as owning our own properties, we know how both sides operate. We’ve built, repositioned, owned and managed every part of the process for years. And we know that to be independent, you can’t go it alone.
