Hoteliers. Developers. Partners.

Our team of people came together with an idea to change the way hotels navigate both conventional and unorthodox challenges that arise in each individual operation.

Nice To Meet You

Our team has experience with the large brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Accor, as well as the soft brands such as Luxe Collection, Leading Hotels of America, Preferred Hotels as well as individual owners of Inns.  We’ve seen a thing or two as we have done a thing or two with all of them!

Adeline Surault

Lead Consultant European Sales

As Regional Director of Sales for Luxe Collection based in Italy, Adeline oversaw the French, Italian and Scandinavian markets.  She has 16 years of experience with some of the most recognized brands in Europe in the hospitality industry. She started her career in Malta with Corinthia Hotels, following sales roles with Accor Group and Sofitel in Paris; then Dorchester Group with Le Meurice Paris, followed by the Hotel Lumen Paris.  Her passion for the hospitality industry started when she was very young as she grew up in France’s Palace Hotels in Courchevel and Deauville where her dad was a Chef.

Pre-Covid the travel between Europe and the US was very robust and we believe once international travel resumes there will be pent-up demand again and will help increase the recovery time of US hotels to have a European sales effort.
